Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable the maintaining of contact of a probe with a pad accurately without coming off the pad. CONSTITUTION:A pad having a part 5A hollowed more than a peripheral part 5B is arranged on a substrate 21 carrying electronic components and a probe 41 is kept in contact with the pad to give and take an electrical signal and a power source between the electronic components and the outside. The displacement of the probe 14 is restricted by the peripheral part 5B of the pad, thereby enabling the keeping of the probe 41 in contact with the pad accurately without coming off the pad.
