Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make automatic start of engine even after the engine start by a key switch is stopped on its way of operation without any problem by forcedly disengaging the auto-stop condition only when the idling speed is exceeded by the engine speed under the starting conditions while the key switch is in the start position. CONSTITUTION:After the engine goes in automatic stop, a controller 7 makes Judgement of automatic stop condition. and if yes, judgement is made whether the engine speed NE is zero in case the key switch 8 is in the start position. If No and in case the engine speed is over the idling speed, flag is set for storing that the auto-stop is to be disengaged forcedly. If the key switch 8 is not in the start position, the gear position is neutral from the output signal of a neutral switch 4 and a starter 14 is actuated in case a clutch pedal CP is stamped so that the engine is started automatically.
