Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To contrive the construction of an artificial ground covering a lower space quickly and safely. CONSTITUTION:The base end of PC slabs 30a is mounted to a position with specific height (h) of a pair of core posts 18 through revolving pins 32 in a turnable manner. Cables 34 are connected to the split ends of the PC slabs 30a, and pulleys 36 provided to the core posts 18 are circumferentially turned and are connected to cable jacks 38 provided to the lower ends of the core posts 18. The split ends of the PC slabs 30a are turned upward and are temporarily fixed with lock mechanisms. In the case an artificial ground 30 is constructed, locks of the lock mechanisms 40 are released to operate the cable jacks 38, and the PC slabs 30a are turned with the revolving pins 32 as the centers to make them in a horizontal state. A hanging form 42 covers between the split ends of the PC slabs 30a, and post-cast concrete is placed to joint between the split ends of the PC slabs 30a.
