Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a vinyl chloride graft resin capable of providing a molded article having impact strength and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION:This vinyl chloride graft resin comprises 99-70wt.% of vinyl chloride subjected to graft copolymerization with 1-30wt.% of an acrylic copolymer composed of a mixture of 80-100 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate having 5-20 deg.C secondary transition point of a monopolymer with 20-0wt.% of a copolymerizable monomer having a secondary transition point higher than -20 deg.C and a trimethylolpropane-based or a pentaerythritol-based polyfunctional monomer and having 30-95wt.% of cross-linking ratio.
