CONSTITUTION:A cutout part 22 is formed at the side part of a shade 19, 10 the state of leaving at least the rear end 21, and the cutout part 22 is protrusively provided with an elastic piece 23 forming a pocket part P between the rear end 21 and the elastic piece 23. A downward protrusion positioned outside of the pocket part P when a lid 7 is in an up-position and positioned inside the pocket part P when the lid 7 is in a down-position is formed at a link 18, and the protrusion 24 is formed in such shape that the front edge 24a cannot go over the elastic piece 23 while the rear edge 24b can go over the elastic piece 23.
