GRASS COLLECTING DEVICE FOR GRASS COLLECTING AND PACKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To accurately guide a grass collecting position in an inclined ground to an opposing position of a grass collecting and packing device 5 in a grass collecting and packing machine for packing reaped grass while collecting. CONSTITUTION:This grass collecting device for a grass collecting and packing machine is equipped with collecting devices 3 and 4 for gathering and transporting reaped grass while rotating from both right and left sides in the traveling direction of a body 1 toward a grass collecting part 2 at the central part, a grass collecting and packing device 5 which is placed at the rear of the grass collecting part 2 and picks up and packs the collected grass and a collected grass receiving member 6 laid at a grass collecting part between the right and left grass collecting devices 3 and 4, which receives and guides the collected grass from the right and left grass collecting devices 3 and 4 is formed at a fixed position or adjustably movable right and left. The ratio of revolutions between the right and left grass collecting devices 3 and 4 can be variably adjusted instead of the collected grass receiving member 6 or together with the collected grass receiving member 6.
