CONSTITUTION:When a data carrier 2a having intruded first in the communicatable range 5 receives unconditional command data transmitted from an antenna 1, it transmits response data including its own identifier. The antenna 1 specifies only the data carrier 2a by including the identifier contained in the response data transmitted from the data carrier 2a, and transmits command data. The data carrier 2a stops the transmission of the subsequent response data based on the reception of invalid command data transmitted from the antenna after the finish of the data communication processing, and after that, the response data including the identifier of the data carrier 2b is transmitted for the unconditional command data transmitted from the antenna 1 from the data carrier 2b having intruded next in the communieatable range 5.
