Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a plug-equipped power cord whereby a cord with an automatically molded plug side portion is easily transported without being hanged to a hanger and an automated line for molding bushes or cords thereafter can be constructed. CONSTITUTION:A plug 3 is automatically molded at one end of a cord 2 having an identification mark 25 on a jacket 24 to allow the polarity of a conductor 23 to be identified either optically or mechanically, and this cord 6 has a coiled portion 7 at its middle, is kept in that state and transferred to the next process of bush molding (b) or connector molding. A bush 4 or a connector 5 is automatically molded at the other end of a cord 9 having the coiled portion 7, to match the polarity of the conductor 23 indicated by the identification mark 25.
