AUTOMATIC REVISIT RECEPTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To eliminate useless selection operations by reporting departments where respective patients concerned can consult a doctor again by the insertion of a consultation card, selecting the desired department from among the reported departments and issuing a reception slip on which a reception number corresponding to a consultation reception department is printed. CONSTITUTION:A revisit receiver 10 reads a registration number, a name, the date of birth and the distinction of sex, etc., from the consultion card and transmits them to a revisit system controller 20. In the controller 20, the consultation enabled departments are decided based on stored patient history information and consultation hours, etc., and transmitted to the receiver 10. In the receiver 10, the consultation enabled departments are lighted from a key group. The patient selects, the desired department and performs key input. When consultation reception department information is transmitted from the receiver 10 to the controller 20, the reception number is fixed by considering the presentation conditions of an insurance card of the respective consultation enabled departments and the present reception number to be stored is increased by one. The receiver 10 which receives reception number information outputs the reception slip to which the reception number is written for the respective consultation reception departments from a reception slip issuing port.
