Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive liquid crystal display device of high quality by providing a specified wiring pattern on a leader wire for leading a scanning signal line from a panel display pixel part with the scanning signal line arranged up to the connection terminal part. CONSTITUTION:A space between the panel display pixel part 211 for the liquid crystal panel 110, where a pixel electrode, the scanning signal line, a data signal line and a TFT(thin film transistor) are arranged and the connection terminal part 21 for the liquid crystal panel 110, to which the output of a scanning driver 2 is connected is connected by the leader wire 120 for the scanning signal line. The leader wire 120 is provided with a wire lead-round part 122 adjusting a wire length, the falling characteristic of the scanning signal in the scanning signal line is set so as to have a large time constant. In this case, a pad 121 for the leader wire 120 functions as a part for firmly connecting the output wire of the scanning driver 2 to the leader wire.
