Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make it possible to further enhance the efficiency of conveying work of a raw material and execute construction work of a building smoothly. CONSTITUTION:A base yard 3 in vertically double layer structure, which comprises an upper layer and a lower layer, is installed to the side of a building 1 in such a fashion that it may rise along the side surface of the building 1. A raw material carried with a vertical conveying device 2 is temporarily stocked in this base yard 3. The raw material is loaded on a horizontal conveying device 4 appropriately and conveyed to a specified location on a construction floor.
