Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a coating container which is easy to use, being safe, has good hermeticity and does not allow liquid to leak by forming an aperture in a liquid storage chamber and positioning the tip of a coating part on the inner side of this aperture or near the aperture at the time of immersion of the coating part. CONSTITUTION:A sliding member 3 moves forward and a coating member 4 moves forward as well cooperatively therewith to project the coating applying part 4a from an opening member 5 mounted at the tip of the shaft cylinder 1 when an operating knob 2 is turned relative to a shaft cylinder 1. The coating member 4 is fixed and fitted to the sliding member 3 and the opening member 5 assures the hermeticity by diminishing the spacing from the coating member 4. The coating member 4 is moved until the tip of the coating applying part 4a cames into contact with the inner side of the opening member 5 at the time of immersion. While the inside hole of the shaft cylinder 1 may be used as the liquid storage part as it is, a better result is obtd. if a soft bag body 6 is used. The tip of the coating part is held pressed to the aperture in such a manner and, therefore, leakage does not arise. Then, drying of the liquid and infiltrating of general bacterial are prevented.
