PORTABLE TELETEXT RECEPTION DISPLAY DEVICE AND RECEPTION DISPLAY METHOD

PURPOSE:To obtain desired information at any time in which a receiver is made small in size by storing only information of teletext designated from an information signal of teletext demodulated by a demodulation circuit into a memory and displaying the stored information. CONSTITUTION:A TV tuner 4 receiving channel designation tunes and selects a designated channel from a TV broadcast radio wave received by an antenna 3 and coverts the signal of the channel into a TV signal and provides an output of the converted signal to a demodulator 5. The demodulator 5 receives the signal and provides an output of an address value. Then a control circuit 2 receiving the address value commands the address value to a memory 6. Then the memory 6 stores only an information signal of, e.g. a program number 030# from a teletext information signal to be received according to the commanded address value. Succeedingly, the information signal stored in the memory 6 is outputted to a liquid crystal display device 7 according to the command of the control circuit 2. Then the teletext of the program 030# is displayed on the display device 7. Thus, the information desired to be seen is obtained at a time desire.
