Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve welding strength and reliability by bringing an internal member into contact with the external member inside by a supporting member and operating pressurizing force of an external electrode to perform welding. CONSTITUTION:An internal electrode 3 is formed integrally at the end of an electrode member 11. The hollow internal member 2 is brought into contact with the inside of the hollow external member 1. The internal electrode 3 is inserted into the internal member 2. The external electrode 4 is abutted on the outside of an external member 1 corresponding to an internal member 2 contact part. Both members 1 and 2 are subjected to resistance welding. The internal member 2 wherein the internal electrode 3 is inserted is then supported by the supporting member 5. The supported member 5 is inserted into the external member 1 in a contacting state with the inside of the external member 1, the internal member 2 is brought into contact with the inside of the external member 1 and the pressurizing force of the external electrode 4 is operated in a state with the external member 1 supported by a holder 6 to perform welding. Consequently, the deformation of the internal electrode can be prevented.
