MARK TUBE

PURPOSE:To fix a mark tube simply to a cable and to facilitate work even in a construction site, so that the mark tube can correspond to various cables of different diameter, by forming a sectional shape of the mark tube in a flat ring shape particularly in an elliptic shape. CONSTITUTION:In a mark tube 2, since its sectional shape is an elliptic ring shape, when the mark tube is provided in the periphery of a cable 1, an internal peripheral surface of the mark tube 2 in a minor diameter side is brought into contact with partly an external surface of the cable 1, and by this friction force, the mark tube 2 is fixed to the cable 1. On the other hand, the internal peripheral surface of the mark tube in a major diameter side is not brought into contact with the external surface of the cable 1. In this way, the mark tube is fixed by a suitable degree, and also the mark tube can be easily slid by hand or the like.
