SEAL IMPRESSION DATA MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a seal impression data management device which efficiently manage seal impression data registered in a seal impression collation device by providing a specific data recording part and a specific discrimination information-giving part. CONSTITUTION:When seal impression data are retrieved (collated), the date recording part 31 records and updates its retrieval day corresponding to the seal impression data. Namely, the final date is recorded. The discrimination information-giving part 34 compares the elapsed period of each seal impression data from its final date with a specific period, and gives recognition information to the seal impression data when the elapsed period exceeds the specified period. Thus, a final data is recorded each time retrieval is performed, and recognition information-giving operation is performed to give the recognition information to seal impression data of respective accounts at a time. With this recognition information, its account number is regarded as a dormancy account and a specific process such as a saving process for seal impression data can automatically be performed, and the information can be used for cancellation notification, etc., in some case.
