Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control a cursor display according to the area specification in an image display area and the input of a menu key in a menu area. CONSTITUTION:In the control part 7 of the display device with the touch panel which dividedly displays the screen of a display in the display area and menu area by combining the touch panel with the screen 4, moves the display position of a cursor by touch input, and inputs the specification and indication of editing and processing of an image at the display position of the cursor, which of the image display area and menu area touch input on the touch panel 6 corresponds to, is judged, and bit images are expanded in memories 2 and 5 so that the display position of the cursor is set deviating by a specific interval from the position of the touch input for the image display area or to the position of the touch input for the menu area, and the display position of the cursor is switched over between the image display area and menu area.
