LIGHTWEIGHT DECORATIVE LAMINATED SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating lightweight building decorative laminated sheet having a decorative layer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A binder 2 is applied onto a resin film 1, an inorganic aggregate 3 is sprayed thereto prior to the hardening of the applied binder, lining layers 4, 5 are applied thereon, and an adhesive 6 is further applied thereon, whereby a decorative layer A with the resin film 1 is constituted. The decorative layer A is arranged in a molding die C with the resin film 1 outside, a granular foaming particle 10 is filled therein, and the granular forming particle 10 is integrally molded with the decorative layer A simultaneously with foaming. The decorative layer A and the foamed resin layer B are firmly integrated together to provide a lightweight decorative material, which can be effectively used as an outer wall material or inner wall material easy to construct.
