TRANSPORTING DEVICE OF PLATING STAGE

PURPOSE:To automate plating stages for executing a plating treatment of printed circuit boards, etc., to lessen the manpower thereof and to relieve the restriction on space, such as site, for constituting a plating stage system. CONSTITUTION:Mounting and dismounting of the circuit boards to and from racks are executed in a circuit board attaching and detaching section A. The racks carried out of this circuit board attaching and detaching section A are transported to a first transfer section B in a rack transporting section C and the racks of this transfer section B are transported to the circuit board attaching and detaching section A. A self-traveling car having a rack mounting section for mounting the racks is used. A second transfer section E is disposed in the inlet of a plating tank 100. The first transfer section B and the second transfer section are provided with self-traveling car housing sections. Mounting and dismounting of the racks to and from the self- traveling car D are executed in the first transfer section B. Mounting and dismounting of the racks to and from the self-traveling car D and mounting and dismounting of carrier bars are executed in the second transfer section E. Transfer and reception of the carrier bars are executed between the second transfer section E and the plating tank 100. The racks are transported between the first transfer section B and the second transfer section E by the self traveling car D.
