Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve load hanging work efficiency in the underground space where a cross beam is horizontally laid. CONSTITUTION:A basic boom 4 is elevation movably supported on a turn frame 2 turnably supported around the vertical axial center on a crawler running carriage 1, and in a point end of this basic boom 4, when a multistep telescopic boom 7, having a hook in the point end, is supported, the multistep telescopic boom 7 can be lifted in upper positions of cross beams a, b, c, d, e,... in a lower stage by erecting the basic boom 4, so that the multistep telescopic boom 7 can be swiveled without being obstructed by these cross beams. A hanging load can be freely lifted between the fellow cross beams by telescopically moving the multistep telescopic boom 7.
