ASSEMBLING DEVICE OF LINK-LIKE MEMBERS FOR MACHINE GUN SHELL

PURPOSE:To regulate the posture and the direction of link-like members by means of a vibration part feeder so as to sent out one by one, chuck them by a link assembling mechanism, transport them to a conveyor assembling place of pitch feed, assemble them with a preceding link member, and form a row assembled out of link-like members on the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Links L in a bowl 11 are transferred by torsional vibration, and introduced to an outside track 14. The outside track 14 is narrow in width, the links L in piles are obstructed in a straight part 16, and further the links L transferred to a vibration trough 31 are transferred in a single row, a single layer, and the condition in which a C-part takes the lead and a B-part and a C-part face in the arrow mark (b) direction. Assembling of the links L is performed by a reciprocation in the horizontal direction and an elevatable motion of a chuck, and a link row nL of which assembling is completed reaches a delivery base 81. By such a constitution, the collected link-like members can be regulated in the posture and the direction so as to form a row by assembling, without any help from others.
