Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an immunosuppressive agent containing a polypeptide specifically bonding to the gamma-chain of a human interleukin 2 (IL-2) receptor to block the response of IL-2 and effective for the treatment of immunological rejection in organ transplantation, inflammatory disease, etc. CONSTITUTION:This immunosuppressive agent effective for the treatment of immunological rejection in organ transplantation, inflammatory disease, etc., is produced by preparing a pharmaceutical preparation from active component selected from a polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence including amino acid sequences expressed by formula I and formula II, etc., and specifically bonding to the gamma-chain of a human interleukin 2 receptor to block the response of human interleukin 2, a polypeptide produced by removing the N-terminal Met from the amino acid sequences of formula I and formula II, a polypeptide produced by deleting a part of the amino acid sequences of formula I and formula II, substituting a part of the each sequence with other amino acid sequence, adding an amino acid residue or peptide to the amino acid sequences of formula I and formula II or subjecting a part of the each amino acid sequence to acetylation, amidation or addition of polyethylene glycol, etc.
