PIPE END JOINING JOINT

PURPOSE:To dispense with joining by thermal brazing, to uniformize mutual thickness, and also to secure mechanical strength by taking a means wherein an adhesive is applied between mutual peripheral surfaces when an enlarged diameter wall part of a pipe body to an assembly cylinder projectingly provided on a joint main body. CONSTITUTION:In a joint main body 1, an joining cylindrical wall 2 taking its root vicinity as a stepped part 2' as a stopper wall is projectingly provided on the peripheral side wall part communicating with an annular flowing recessed part 3 formed by a connecting head part l'. While, respective attaching holes 4, 4' penetrating the annular flowing recessed part 3, and taking hole peripheral parts on the flat surface sides faced to each other as respective parallel seat surfaces 3', 3'' are projectingly provided, and a bolt for an eye joint is screwed thereto and fastened to a counterpart member. When an enlarged diameter wall part P' of a pipe body P is press-fitted into the joining cylindrical wall 2, for example, one-liquid or two-liquid, preferably cold hardening type adhesive 5 is applied between mutual peripheral surfaces. Thereby joining by thermal brazing is dispensed with, and mutual thicknesses in the press-fitting part are uniformized, and also mechanical strength is secured.
