GROUT MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain a grout material having an excellent quick setting property even at the time of a low temp. by compounding specific ratios of a quick setting material, a blast furnace slag fine aggregate and a high-performance water-reducing agent into a cementitious material consisting of Portland cement and blast furnace slag fine powder. CONSTITUTION:The cementitious material consisting of 30 to 70 pts.wt. Portland cement and 70 to 30 pts.wt. blast furnace slag fine powder is prepd. The quick setting material which consists of a mixture composed of the quick setting material A essentially consisting of 12CaO.7Al2O3 and the quick setting material B essentially consisting of 11CaO.7Al2O3.CaF2 and in which the compounding ratio of the quick setting material A in total 100 pts.wt. of the quick setting materials A and B is 60 to 80 pts.wt. is compounded at 30 to 60 pts.wt., the blast furnace slag fine aggregate having the max. size of 0.3 to 0.15mm at 90 to 140 pts.wt. and the high-performance water-reducing agent at 0.2 to 2 pts.wt. with 100 pts.wt. such cementitious material, by which the grout material is obtd. The required strength necessary for opening to traffic in three hours after placement is obtainable with such grout material even in an extremely cold season.
