CONSTITUTION:A stud dowel 12 is inserted in a cassette case 13 and set to an automatic gun 10, while closing a shutter 7 of a housing 1, a device is placed at welding place of a sheet pile A and the housing 1 is fixed to the sheet pile A by magnet legs 17, 17, a water seal part 2 is tightly adhered to the sheet pile A and a water outside the shutter 7 is drained, the shutter 7 is wound up and welding is executed by the automatic gun 10 and then completion of welding is confirmed.
