Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily and pertinently mount an arm rest on the front seat of a vehicle for use without generating such a trouble as prohibiting proper use, when the front seat is made to slide back and forth. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 2 for supporting an armrest 1a is made to have a bent or curved form, so as to be laid over an area from the upper section of the seat back 3a of a vehicular front seat 3 to the lower section along the side thereof. Also, one end 2a of the bracket 2 is provided with the first fixing holes 21A and 21A to be coupled to headrest supports 30 and 30 on the seat back 3a with the support rods 31 and 31 of a headrest 3c inserted. The other end 2b of the bracket 2 is provided with the second fixing hole 21B to be screw fixed to a shaft 5 supporting the seat back 3a for a seat cushion 3b.
