Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable automatic wiring with high density by securely finding optimum solutions of automatic wiring and automatic arrangement at a high speed and improving the wiring rate, and shortening the time of a search for a wiring route and increasing the number of searches in a certain time. CONSTITUTION:While wiring performance is evaluated, wiring methods are selected by an interactive method and wiring processing procedures are assembled to generate wiring programs 11A-11Z; and component arranging processing procedures specified with arrangement control information are combined to generate an arrangement program. Further, the straight line between adjacent component points is defined as a chord, a wave of maze-method wiring is generated from the start point to the end point of the wiring route and propagated between adjacent chords, the positions of the chords that the wave passes until the wave reaches the end point are stored in order, and once the wave reaches the end point, the wiring route of the wiring pattern is determined tracing back the position of the chords that the wave has passed from the end point to the start point.
