Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a photographic element exhibiting an excellent interimage effect by providing a blue-light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contg. a specified yellow picture pigment forming coupler and combining a development inhibitor releasable coupler with the layer. CONSTITUTION: A substrate carrying a blue-light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contg. an acylacetanilide-base yellow picture pigment forming coupler shown by formula I or II and having a development inhibitor releasable coupler combined with the former coupler is provided. In formulas I and II, Ra is alkyls, alkenyls, etc., Bb is alkyls and aryls, Rc is hydrogen or alkyls, R1 is substituents, (m) is an integer of 0 to 2, R2 is selected from a group consisting of halogens, trifluoromethyl, etc., R3 is alkyls, R4 is hydrogen, halogens, etc., and X is hydrogen or decoupling groups.
