CONSTITUTION:This waling comprises a waling main body 2 made of a metallic hollow shape and end caps 3 attached to both ends of the waling main body 2. The end caps 3 cover the end faces of the waling main body 2 and close openings. Each end cap 3 is made of a press molded metal. Each end cap 3 is provided with recessed portions 10, 11, 12 that dent into the waling main body 2 and accommodate fingers.
