Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a new hydrazone derivative or a therapeutic agent for hepatitis containing this hydrazone derivative or a hydrazine derivative as its related compound as the active component. CONSTITUTION:A hydrazone derivative represented by the formula ANHN- CHCH2COOR (A is an aromatic heterocyclic group which may have a substituent group and R is an alkyl group which may be branched) and its salt are provided. A therapeutic agent for hepatitis containing this hydrazone derivative, its salt, a hydrazine derivative expressed by the formula A-NH-NH-CH= CHCOOR or its salt as the active component is also provided.
