Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a packing material possessing excellent barrier properties without generating inconvenien such as ply separation to contents containing a component having high permeability. CONSTITUTION:A packing material is comprised by laminating a medium-density polyethylene film 5 as a heat sealing layer to a barrier layer 3 comprised of a plastic film, to which vapor deposition of silicon oxide is performed, on a side of the barrier layer 3 coming into contact with contents of the barrier layer 3 through an adhesive agent 4 and laminating a base layer 7 to the other side layer.
