Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a laser emitting device which is capable of emitting a laser of high intensity and adjusting the emission intensity of the laser. CONSTITUTION:At a lateral position inside a vacuum chamber main body 1 which allows its inner section to be vacuum and also allows an electron beam 8 to pass, flat plate electrodes 12 and 12' arranged to sandwich the trajectory of the electron beam 8 between them are provided. The electrodes 12 and 12' are connected to a high frequency power source 11. On the outside of the main body 1, mirrors 4 and 5 are provided facing each other and sandwich the electrodes 12 and 12' from front and back in the longitudinal direction based on the travelling direction of the electron beam 8.
