Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To permit inexpensive use of CD-ROM software by utilizing a conventional VHS type video deck without newly introducing a personal computer, etc. CONSTITUTION:A data reading section 11 reads data as read data from a CD- ROM set on a CD-ROM tray section 10 according to the storing method inputted through a data processing device 12 from a data inputting section 13. The data processing section 12 transfers these read data (images, sounds, characters) to a signal converter 14, which converts these data to the signals for VHS type video decks to supply the output of a signal outputting section 15 to the head of the video deck.
