Me; A = a heteroatom selected from Si, O, S, Se, Te, N or P (all, where possible, substd. by doubly-bonded oxygen, 1-8C alkoxy, 1-8C alkyl, aryl (opt. substd.) or aryloxy (opt. substd.), and all opt. carrying a positive charge).
