Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To avoid malfunction in an integrated driver circuit device for an inductive load element having a substrate, a large number of insulated welts, and an output terminal to be connected with a load element. CONSTITUTION: The integrated driver circuit device comprises a heavily doped P-type substrate 1, and an epitaxial layer 2 of the same conductivity type formed thereon wherein a well is made in the epitaxial layer and an n-doped region is provided while laterally surrounding a well 3 corresponding to the output terminal.
