Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate grasping of a ratio of first and second units to be controlled to an entire system in a used state and to fairly and accurately apportion a cost by managing using states of the first and units to be controlled based on current flow rate detection data and capacity request data. CONSTITUTION:Current flow rate detecting means CT detects current flow rates of indoor units (first unit to be controlled) 20 and an outdoor unit (second unit to be controlled) 22, and outputs current flow rate detection data to a main controller 2. Simultaneously, the controller 2 monitors capacity request data of the unit 20, and manages using states of the units 20 and 22 based on the detection data and the request data. Thus, the controller 2 can easily grasp a ratio of the using state of the unit 20 to that of the entire system based on the flow rates, and fairly and accurately apportion a cost.
