Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To easily replace a device by making airtight the inner and outer side of the under part of a sliding heat insulating panel and providing an elastic material having a fixing piece at one end, a grooved fitting member for fitting and holding the fixing piece, and a fixing member to fix the fitting member. CONSTITUTION:Fitting members 13 over a block 22 are fixed to the lower end 5 of a sliding heat insulating panel main body 4 with machine screws 19, and a freeze preventing heater wire 42 is embedded in a grooves 14 of the members 13. Next a fixing piece 12 of a packing 11 is fitted in and fixed to the groove 14 of the lower member 13. Also, when the packing 11 is replaced, it is removed from the member 13 which fits and holds the packing 11. Then, as required, the lower member 13 which fits and hold the packing 11 is removed from the upper member 13, and replaced at hand for easy work. In addition, because a sliding heat insulating panel 1 has a heater wire 44 on the outside 3 lower part, a lower swing stopper 39 and a slide guide 40 are prevented from being frozen. Thus an elastic material can be replaced easily, and its freezing and breakage can be prevented.
