CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To prepare a curable resin compsn. having a long pot life and excellent long-term storage stability, workability, cross-linking efficiency and other properties by incorporating a particular compd. and a predetermined compd. having an epoxy group. CONSTITUTION:A curable resin compsn. comprising: a compd. having a substituent represented by the formula I wherein R represents a 1-10C alkyl, an acyl, phenyl, or naphthyl and R represents an acyl, phenyl, or naphthyl (e.g. diacetophenone oxime O,O'-succinate); and a compd., having two or more epoxy groups, with a mol.wt. of not more than 10,000 (e.g. epoxy resin). Pref., it further comprises a compd. of the formula II wherein R and R represent H, OH, or an acyloxy, X and Y represent H, a halogen, OH, a 2-10C acyloxy, a C1 to C5 alkyl, a C2 to C5 alkenyl, or amino, and Z is O or S.
