PURPOSE:To prevent a wiring from being entangled on an operating shaft by winding the electric wiring to the tip of the operating shaft on a wire winding drum, guiding it to the prescribed position of a wiring receiving member, winding it centering on the operation shaft in relation to the wiring receiving member, and guiding it to the hollow section of the operating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A pan driving pulley 72 is rotated together with the rotation of an earth receiving shaft by the action of the first arm, a pan driving pulley 73 is rotated via a pan driving belt 71, and a pan 70 is rotated as a result. The wiring 75 of an operating shaft 10 guided from a wire winding drum is suspended with no sag. The wiring 75 of the operating shaft 10 is spirally provided on the pan 70, the attitude is not largely disturbed by the rotation or vertical movement of the operating shaft 10, and the wiring 75 of the operating shaft 10 is prevented from being inflicted with large damage.
