DEBURRING METHOD AND DEBURRING DEVICE OF WORK

PURPOSE:To rapidly execute a deburring operation and to reduce the size over the entire part of equipment by removing a part of the burrs of a work during the course of transportation from a work transporting region to a deburring region, thereby lessening the posture change of the work in the deburring region. CONSTITUTION:Deburring at a part of the work W is executed by a first deburring tool 5 which is disposed in the transporting region T provided with a transporting robot 3 for transporting the work W so as to face the part of the deburring region S and actuates to execute the deburring in the previously stored manner so as to remove part of the burrs before the work W is transported to the deburring region S from the transporting region T. The work W subjected to the partial deburring is transported from the transporting region T to the deburring region S by a transporting robot 3. The deburring of part of the work W is executed by a second deburring tool 9b disposed at a deburring robot 9 which actuates to execute the deburring in the previously stored manner in the deburring region S.
