Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce aluminum having an excellent drawing property by forming the contact parts of blocks constituting part of casting molds with molten aluminum of ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A casting space 6 of a specified length is formed by plural pairs of blocks 4, 4a facing and meshing each other, by which the moving casting molds 3 are formed. The molten aluminum is continuously poured by a pouring device into the moving casting molds 3 via a pouring trough and is cooled to form a thin aluminum billet. The billet is taken out. The blocks 4, 4a forming the moving casting molds 3 are bisected and the casting space 6 is formed of the ceramic block 4c of Zr2O3 The connecting part with a metallic strip is formed of the steel block 4s. The ceramic block 4c and the steel block 4s are coupled by a fitting structure. As a result, the cooling speed is lowered to a prescribed value or below and many Al6Mn crystals of >=5mum are formed in a solidified structure, by which the aluminum having the excellent drawing property is cast.
