CLEANER

PURPOSE:To provide a cleaner easy to use whose application is limited to the cleaning of a head skin, etc., and in which all machinery and tools are constituted integrally. CONSTITUTION:This cleaner for effectively cleaning the pollution hard to clean such as the fat in poil foremen, etc., mainly of head skin is equipped with an ion introduction and lead-out device 3, which superposes pulses with desired cycles and peak voltage and DC voltage with desired voltage on each other and outputs application signal, and a cleaning liquid feeder 1 which reserves cleaning liquid and supplies it. The cleaner 8 equipped with an outflow part 81 for letting the cleaning liquid flow out is conductive and doubles as the first electrode, and the grip of this cleaner 8 is provided with the second electrode. Furthermore, this cleaner is provided with a fan 9 so that the cleaning liquid may not spill.
