CONSTITUTION:A suspension of microorganism is brought into contact with a part of the base material under stirring for a certain time to effect the culture of the microorganism. Then, the intracellular ATP of the microorganism in the suspension is determined before and after the culture to evaluate the antimicrobial ability of the base material.
