MANUFACTURE OF DIELECTRIC RESONATOR

PURPOSE:To provide the manufacture of dielectric resonator for easily forming a conductor at low cost without requiring any complicated process even concerning a dielectric resonator equipped with a coupling means not to form any conductor. CONSTITUTION:After the conductors such as an outer conductor 4 and an inner conductor 3 are formed on the entire face of a dielectric block 1 where resonator holes are formed, while using an ultrasonic working machine, a coupling means 5 such as a coupling hole is formed at the dielectric block 1 by vibrating cutting abrasive grain the ultrasonic vibrations of a cutting tool 31. With this manufacture, no conductor is formed on the forming face of the coupling means 5. On the other hand, after the conductors are formed on the entire face of the dielectric block where the resonator and the coupling means are formed, while using the ultrasonic working machine, the conductor on the forming plane of the coupling means is cut off.
