Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To absorb distortion such as a gap between rectangular glass plates caused after installation to a building by dividing a sealing gasket into two pieces on an inclined abutment face in the outside center and bringing them into contact with each other by means of preload for sealing. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular glass plate 1, which is supported at four comers by means of point supporting metal fittings 7 so as to be installed in a building, is made of laminated glass consisting of a reinforcing plate 1b in the middle and float glass plates 1a, 1c on its both sides. In each of four corners in the respective rectangular glass plates 1, an installation hole 6, into which a supporting tool 7b of the point supporting metal fitting 7 is inserted, is perforated. In a joint part 2 between the adjacent glass plates 1, 1, a sealing gasket 3 is arranged, and the sealing gasket 3 is provided with a dovetail groove 5 to be fitted in an opposed projecting end part 4, is divided into two pieces on an inclined abutment face 8 in the center, and is provided with a long clearance part formed in the center part of the abutment face 8. |
