CONSTITUTION:A spline is provided in a supporting part to serve as locking a turn. Partly in the peripheral direction of an outer or inner side spline, three or more noncontact regions 62d, 62e, 62f, having no tooth, are provided. The noncontact regions 62d, 62e, 62f are dispersed and uniformly arranged. Since a contact area is decreased, slide resistance is decreased.
