Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity for inspection and grease supply in a short period by preventing wearing or the like in a screw part of an actuator output shaft over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:Annular grease reservoir spaces 41e, 41c are provided respectively along internal/external peripheral walls in the central part of a nut 41, to connect these spaces by a communication hole 41d charged with grease. The periphery of the nut 41 is covered with a lock nut, to close the grease reservoir space 41c.
