Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method of boring a concrete structural matter which can shorten a boring operating time and moreover, even if a through hole is bored through a wall, cooling water does not flow out to the opposite side of the wall by passing through the through hole. CONSTITUTION:After a core drill device 2 is equipped with a diamond core bit 5, a recessed part is formed in a bored hole face 3a by forming a plurality of holes where nonpenetration continues while allowing a moving device 6 to water-cool its diamond core bit 5 while moving the diamond core bit 5 in the direction running along the bored hole face by the moving device 6 and then a hole penetrating through a concrete structural matter without allowing the moving device 6 to water-cool the diamond core bit 5 is formed within the recessed part.
