Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the LED display having distinct visibility even in outdoor use by providing the LED display which makes display by selectively lighting LEDs with hydrophilic eaves in the upper positions of the respective rows of the LEDs. CONSTITUTION:This LED display is provided with partition plates 1 for preventing the light leakage to adjacent dots by each one dot. These partition plates 1 are bored with holes to be inserted with the LED2 and are provided with the eaves 4 in order to shield the sunshine and to prevent weakening of the light emitted from the LEDs 2 by offsetting in the upper parts thereof. Coatings of a metallic system are previously applied on the surfaces of the eaves 4 and static electricity is impressed thereto so that synthetic fibers 7 are easily electrodeposited on these surfaces. The adhesion of the fibers 7 is executed by flocking, by which the surfaces of the eaves 4 are made hydrophilic or water absorptive. The black synthetic fibers 7 are used in order to obtain the distinct contrast by preventing the reflection of the sunshine.
