ELECTRODE FORMING METHOD FOR ANTENNA

PURPOSE:To provide the antenna electrode forming method which easily forms electrodes to obtain an inexpensive antenna. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 3 is formed on all of the outside surface of a dielectric 1, which is provided with a through hole 1a having aperture parts in front and rear faces, and the inside peripheral surface of the through hole 1a by electroless plating. A whetstone 62 where a continuous projection 62a like a castle wall is formed on the periphery of one face of a plane plate is oscillated by an ultrasonic oscillator 61 to cut the electrode 3 on the periphery of the surface of the dielectric 1, thus forming a radiation electrode 4. Next, a columnar whetstone 65 which has an annular projection 65a on the front end face is oscillated by an ultrasonic oscillator 64 to cut the electrode around the aperture part of the through hole 1a in the rear face of the dielectric 1, and a feed electrode 5 and a through hole electrode 6 on the inside peripheral surface of the through hole 1a are formed, and an earth electrode 3a and a side face electrode 3b are constituted on the rear face and the side face of the dielectric 1.
